La Buanderie has a raised ceiling, exposed rafters, door to front and side of property with shuttered windows to front and rear.

Needs to be fully renovated but, is a sound base to start with - the roof has been replaced relatively recently (before our time) as you can see from the photos.

This annex could be used for a multitude of things - an extension to La Maison d'Artiste, a seperate granny annex (it's previous use), a studio, Air BnB - or whatever you choose :-)
